Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our laboratory.

Print and Ship

Download your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our artisans verify the condition of the returned item, we will process your refund or dispatch your new fragrance within 5-7 business days.
